Entry is open to any fencer aged under 13 years old on 1st January 2022
Fencers aged under 10 years old will fence as a separate group

Handicap categories:
+1 Fencers with less than 1 year of fencing experience
+1 Fencers in their first competition
–1 Fencers with 2 or more years of fencing experience
–1 Fencers who have taken part in the Leon Paul Junior Series (in any weapon)
The under-13s group will use Size 3 weapons.
The under-10s group will use Size 0 weapons.
Medals will be awarded to the top four and the Best Boy or Best Girl (whichever is not the overall winner) in each age group.
The overall winner in each group will also receive a £15 Salago voucher.
If an age group receives 13 entries or fewer, the competition will run as a Poule Unique. If there are 14 entries or more, there will be one round of poules followed by a full DE tableau (to 10 hits, with handicaps multiplied by 2).
Current membership of British Fencing at Compete or Recreational level is required.
Fencers must use at least 800N plastrons and 350N jackets and breeches.
