Entry is open to any fencer who is resident or fences in the SW Region. Age groups are defined as of 1st January 2023.

The competition will be split by age into three groups:

Under-17s, Under-13s, and Under-10s

The plan is for Under-17s and Under-13s to fence two rounds of poules followed by full Direct Elimination tableaux, and for Under-10s to fence three rounds of poules. This plan is subject to change, dependent on entries. Depending on entry numbers for both genders, the initial round may be mixed. Medals for each gender will be awarded to the top four fencers.

Current membership of British Fencing at Compete level is required for all fencers.
